Here is were you sign up to participate in the Battle Rank Exams.
The Ranks that can apply are Genin , Chunnin , Jounin.

Genin become Chunnin
Chunnin Become Jounin
Jounin become Elite Jounin/or ANBU

Genin
Kenji Uchiha
Keiko Hyuuga
Chunnin

Jounin
Ayako
Suraisu Sarutobi
